“Take-Off programming contest, Summer-2023” held at ULAB CSE Department

The Department of CSE consistently prioritizes student engagement in Take-Off programming contests, aiming to usher in a promising programming era within the department. Considering the importance, the ULAB Computer Programming Club (UCPC) organized a "Take-Off Programming Contest Summer-2023" on July 27, 2023 at the ULAB Permanent Campus. The Take-Off programming contest saw enthusiastic participation from the students of the CSE Department. The event was supported by the Department of CSE. 
Six challenges were presented to the contestants, encompassing a spectrum of difficulties that tested their prowess in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and competitive programming. Fahad Al Noman solved five problems and became the champion. Ahsun Ahmed Sun and Shahariar Asfaq Ovi solved four problems each and based on the points became the first and second runners up respectively. The top three contestants were honored with crests and certificates of appreciation during the prize-giving ceremony. Furthermore, they have been granted exclusive access to special training sessions. 
Dr. Mohammed Ashikur Rahman, Advisor of the UCPC, faculty members of the CSE department, UCPC executive members and the contest participants were present at the award-giving ceremony.
