ULAB CSE Freshers’ Orientation Fall 2023 held on 05 October 2023

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) organized the Fall 2023 CSE Freshers' Orientation on October 5, 2023, at the ULAB Permanent Campus. Mr. Russell T. Ahmed, the President of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. 

Mr. Russell T. Ahmed expressed his gratitude for being invited to the Freshers’ Orientation. In his speech, he emphasized the delicate balance of life and believed that maintaining a cheerful disposition is the key to simplifying its complexities. His counsel to students was grounded in the wisdom of adaptability, urging them to align themselves with the ever-shifting tides of the current situation and context. He encouraged young minds to embark on a journey of self-discovery, prompting them to ask themselves what they truly wished to achieve, and advocating for regular self-assessment. Moreover, he stressed the importance of visionary thinking, reminding students to keep their long-term aspirations in mind when making decisions.

Professor Dr. Mofazzal Hossain, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering, Professor Dr. Muhammad Golam Kibria, Acting Head of the CSE Department, faculty members, and the freshers attended the orientation program.
