Dr. Nafees Mansoor is a researcher, educator, and technologist, currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Director of the Office of Faculty Research at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), with earlier degrees in Telecommunication Engineering (M.Sc.) and Computer Science (B.Sc.).
Dr. Mansoor has an extensive research portfolio with numerous ISI/Scopus-indexed journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, and patents. His research interests include wireless communications, ad-hoc networks, blockchain, digital twin, graph theory. and EdTech. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and regularly reviews for high-impact journals and conferences.
A Senior Member of IEEE, he currently serves as the Professional Activity Coordinator for the IEEE Bangladesh Section. His contributions to academia have been recognized through multiple Best Paper Awards, the Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Award, and several accolades from IEEE Bangladesh Section. Beyond research and teaching, Dr. Mansoor actively contributes to institutional quality assurance, accreditation processes, and industry collaboration—impacting both emerging technologies and the future of higher education.
