ULAB ETE and UEC Organizes Intra University Undergraduate Project Showcasing and Circuit Solving Olympiad

The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh in cooperation with ULAB Electronics Club organized a Intra University Undergraduate Project Showcasing and Circuit Solving Olympiad on March 11, 2016.

Thirty students form ETE department presented ten electronics based projects in the project showcasing which took place in the Campus-B lobby. The project showcasing started at 11:00 AM and ran until 2:00 PM. Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jahirul Haque attended the project showcasing and witnessed every projects one by one. He showed his happiness and interest through his comments about the project showcasing. He thanked the ETE department faculties and students for arranging such an event and encouraged the students to do such events in upcoming semesters. Prof. Dr. Rezaul Karim Mazumder, Head of the Department, ETE, ULAB, Prof. Dr. Sazzad Hossain, Head of the Department, CSE, ULAB and Dr. Mohammad Anissuzaman, Assiastant Professor, ETE, ULAB also visited the program and worked as judges to evaluate the projects and identify the top three projects.

The Circuit Solving Olympiad took place at 4:00 PM at Seminar Room, Campus-B, ULAB. Fourty students from ETE and CSE department participated in this competitive event. Prof. Dr. Rezaul Karim Mazumder inaugurated the program with his welcome speech.

At the end, the ETE department coordinator UEC club Advisor Protap Kumar Mahanta decalred the winners names and ended the eventful day with his thanking speech.
